Care Instructions

Keep your bandana looking fresh:

  • Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild soap, or toss it in the washing machine on a delicate cycle — pretty lowkey to maintain tbh
  • Do NOT wring or twist it out, that's literally not it. Just squeeze the water out softly
  • Lay flat to dry and keep it away from direct sunlight — it's not trying to lose its color era
  • Store it somewhere cool and dry, and keep sharp or rough surfaces away from it — it did not survive your whole fit check just to get snagged

Refunds/Exchange policy

Return / Exchange
Customer can exchange the order within 07 days from the date of delivery.

We reserve the right not to accept exchange of products which

(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the customer experience team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at vyoki.customercare@gmail.com and we will get back to you, once confirmed by the customer experience team.


Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup product(s) within 7 days of receiving the request.


Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.


Confirmation / Cancellation
If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.

Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.

Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.

For changes in the order before it has been shipped, Please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

Refund
We do not accept any returns of the purchase from VYOKI India.

If you wish to return a product, you will receive store credits only.

Defective product complains will only be tolerated if informed within 24 hours of delivery.
